A family member downloads the free Xplora app on their iPhone or Android phone. It links up with Xplora Senior, which is already on your Doro.
Connect
Pick whichever's easiest:
- Together? Open Xplora Senior on your Doro and follow the steps. When a QR code appears, your family member scans it with the Xplora app.
- Apart? Send an invitation from Xplora Senior on your Doro. Your family member taps it to connect.
Done
That's it, you're connected. Up to two family members can join your circle. Subscribing in the Xplora app? Your first month is free, then it's £7.99 a month.

What does my family need?
Just the free Xplora app from the App Store or Google Play. Xplora Senior is already on your Doro, so once you connect, you're ready to go.
Do I need a Doro phone?
Yes. Xplora Senior is built into the Doro Aurora. Don't see it on yours yet? A quick software update adds it. Doro feature phones are getting it soon.
Is it on every Doro Aurora?
Not yet on operator-branded models (Orange France, Bouygues Telecom, O2 UK and EE UK). It's coming to these soon.
Can my family see everything on my phone?
No. You decide what's shared and with whom. Nothing happens on your phone without your say-so.
How many people can join my circle?
Up to two family members or trusted friends. If your family subscribes in the Xplora app, they become the main Account Holder.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how you get it. If your family subscribes in the Xplora app, the first month is free, then it's £7.99 a month. If you buy a Doro starter pack from our website, Xplora Senior is included.
Can I buy Xplora Senior myself?
Yes. Our Doro starter pack gives you a Doro phone, a Connect mobile plan and Xplora Senior, all in one go. You can buy it on our website. Would you rather your family set it up? They can subscribe in the free Xplora app instead.
What's happening to Response by Doro?
The Doro Secure Button will be part of the Xplora Senior app, and Response by Doro will be discontinued soon. You can still use the Doro Secure Button in the Xplora Senior app for free, while the paid services will unlock additional features.
