Before using your Doro Aurora A30, you need to insert a SIM card to connect to the mobile network. You can also add an SD card if you need more storage space.

Before you begin
- Switch off your smartphone before inserting or removing a card.
- Make sure the SIM card and SD card are the correct sizes for your device.
- Handle the cards carefully and avoid touching the metal contacts.
- Do not force the cards or card tray into place.
Insert the SIM card and SD card
- Locate the card tray on the bottom edge of your phone.
- Use your fingernail to find the edge of the tray, then carefully slide it out.
- Place the phone on a clean, flat surface.
- Turn the tray so the side marked SIM 1 is facing up.
- Place the SIM card in the tray. Match the shape of the card to the tray and make sure the metal contacts face up.
- Press the SIM card gently until it clips into place.
- Turn the tray over.
- Place the SD card in the tray. Match the shape of the card to the tray and make sure the metal contacts face up.
- Pick up the phone with the back facing you.
- Carefully slide the tray back into the phone with the SD card facing the back of the device.
