Doro Data Act Statement

At Doro, we value being open about how our connected products work and what kind of information they create. The EU Data Act (Regulation EU 2023/2854) requires manufacturers to give clear information about this before you buy a product. We support this requirement and share the details so you can make well-informed choices. The same requirements apply as long as the product or service generates and collects data, whether it is paid, included, or free of charge.

One important part of the law is that you must be informed what type of information a product creates and collects, how you can access it, in what format, where it is stored, and how long it is kept.

To make this clear, we have provided Data Act information for each connected product both on this page and in the Product Fact Sheet. The information is shown in a table that lists the type of information the product may create, the format, the estimated amount, where it is stored, and for how long it is kept.

Please contact our customer support if you have any questions.
