Your Doro Aurora includes audio settings that can make voices clearer during calls when you use a hearing aid.
This step-by-step video shows you how to choose Doro ClearSound or turn on hearing aid compatibility mode.
Before you begin
- Make sure your smartphone is switched on and unlocked.
- Check whether your hearing aid is compatible with hearing aid compatibility mode, also known as HAC mode.
- Have your hearing aid instructions nearby if you are unsure which setting to use.
Adjust the hearing settings
- Wake your phone using the side button.
- Swipe up to unlock it.
- Tap the right-hand dot at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Settings.
- Select Sound & vibration.
- Select Audio setup for voice calls.
- Choose the setting that best suits your needs:
- Select Doro ClearSound to make voices clearer for age-related hearing loss.
- Select HAC mode if you use a compatible hearing aid with your phone.
What to do next
Press the home key to leave the settings menu, then press it again to return to the home screen.
Make a test call to check the sound. You can return to these settings at any time and try the other option if needed.
