Before using your Doro Aurora smartphone, you need to insert a SIM card to connect to the mobile network. You can also add an SD card if you need more storage space.

Before you begin
- Switch off your smartphone before inserting or removing a card.
- Make sure the SIM card and SD card are the correct sizes for your device.
- Handle the cards carefully and avoid touching the metal contacts.
- Do not force the cards or tray into place.
Insert the SIM card and SD card
- Locate the card tray on the top-left edge of your phone.
- Hold the phone with the back facing you.
- Use your fingernail to find the edge of the tray, then carefully slide it out.
- Place the phone face down on a clean, flat surface.
- Place the SIM card in the smaller opening in the tray. Match the shape of the card to the opening and make sure the metal contacts face down.
- Place the SD card in the larger opening. Match the shape of the card to the opening and make sure the metal contacts face down.
- Pick up the phone with the back facing you.
- Carefully slide the tray back into the phone until it is fully in place.

Once the cards are in place, switch on your Doro Aurora and follow the on-screen setup instructions.
