Response by Doro is a family support service designed to make it easier to stay connected and get help when it matters.
It allows a Doro phone user to connect with trusted relatives or friends, giving them an extra layer of support through compatible Doro devices and services.
As Doro continues to develop its connected services, Response by Doro is being brought into Doro Premium — our premium family service available through Doro Connect.
How it works
Press the Response button
The user presses and holds the button on the back of the phone, or presses it three times quickly.
Contacts are alerted
An alarm is sent to all registered contacts at the same time.
A hands-free call connects
The first contact to accept the alert is connected to the Doro phone automatically.

Doro Premium will continue to build on the support features customers may already know from Response by Doro, while bringing them into a simpler, more connected service.

For most customers, there is nothing you need to do right now.
If any action is required for your device or service, we will provide clear instructions.
Existing Response by Doro customers can continue to use supported services during the transition.
